Gage, the owner, is simply summed up in one word: Awesome. For a home owner with limited knowledge of a septic system Gage is the man to talk to. Gage promptly responded to my residence and pumped my tank. While doing so I inquired about a large tank for a future room addition. Gage not only pumped the tank but notice there was a hole in the tank which he showed me. From there Gage assisted with my decision to replace the tank with more suitable size for the future additions.. He walked me through the process for obtaining a permit. He was up front and honest and completed the work he said he would without any issues or delays. I have since then recommended NC Septic & Pump Specialist to friends who received the same treatment. Just for information to those of you reviewing this. I did not know Gage or anyone who uses their services prior.

Gage did a great job with cleaning my septic tank. He kept me informed about everything he was doing. It was really in bad shape but he did the remediation on it and everything is working fine. I will definitely be using them in future. He even swept the dried mud off my driveway! I will be recommending them to my friends. Great hardworking guys and very polite.

They where great quick and affordable got the leech field fixed quickly bless it was a big job.

Upon moving into our new home we realized some pretty big septic issues, NC Septic and Pump Specialist has been great to work with as we navigate the work we need done. Gage and Kelsey have both gone above and beyond to help us and provide good and honest work. We cannot recommend NC Septic enough, they have made a difficult situation a lot more manageable and were very appreciative for that!

We had NC Septic and Pump Specialist fix a LARGE issue with a septic system at our home. An other company who claimed to be the best in the business left us with a nightmare, what we cannot figure out is how the inspectors let the other company get away with this. NC Septic and Pump Specialist are the best and will do the project correctly and up to code. Forget the rest of these other companies call NC Septic and you won’t regret it.

We would highly recommend NC Septic & Pump. For anyone looking to install, repair, or modify a septic system I would call them first. This company did an excellent job for us, despite some serious challenges with weather/rain and re-routing of our water main as they were replacing our failed LPP system with a pump to chamber system. They took the time to explain the work and the components of the system. Working with Kelsey and Gage was a pleasure – they are kind and friendly people who know their trade well. They are honest and professional. Their quote was priced fairly and less than other companies. We had some issues with our pump electric after the quote and they stuck to their original quote to make it work for us, and made several follow-up trips which were above and beyond. You just don’t see that in many businesses anymore. We know who to call in the future.
